False Solicitation of Water Filter Requirements and Needs

Mason Creek Utility District has been informed by several residents that door fliers have been distributed to several sections of our community indicating that their water quality is poor and a filter is going to be installed for them at no cost. This flier gives the impression that Mason Creek is providing a solution to water quality issues.

This is completely false and no water quality issue exists in our community nor is Mason Creek involved with providing water filters to any residents of the district. We presume that these fliers were distributed by a private company seeking information from residents or from a water filter vendor seeking to sell you their water filter system.

Solicitation is prohibited in the Nottingham Country Community and if you witness this company or anyone else who appears suspicious please call the local constable office and report them immediately.

Mason Creek is committed to providing exceptional services and superior water quality for the entire district. Please help pass the word that this recent solicitation is no reason for concern.
